The onboard IDE interface use in Acorn computers is very picky about what drives and devices will work with it. Now that it is difficult to source an IDE PATA hard drive that will work with the Acorn interface, various alternatives had to be found. This is a list of IDE PATA adapters that work with the onboard IDE interface of the Acorn RiscPC computer. They may work on other Acorn computers.
